Behind CONSULTS is Lars Anker Trankjær, self-employed in Herning since 2003. CONSULTS ApS was established as an independent company in 2024 with a focus on freelance automation development: PLC software to begin with, today also HMI, SCADA and robot integration.
Work is carried out for machine builders and manufacturing companies, either as extra capacity on large projects or as the specialist who solves a specific task. The principle is the same every time: solutions that are robust in operation, understandable for operators and maintainable for those who come after.

Siemens and Beckhoff, among others. If you use a different platform, just ask. The initial review is free, and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can help with.
Can you take over code written by others?
Yes. A large part of the work is precisely existing plants where the original supplier is no longer available or where documentation is missing. We review the code before building on it.

It depends on the scope of the task. You always receive a concrete proposal with scope and timeline before we start, so both parties know what has been agreed. The first review costs nothing.
